About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Configuration Specialist to join our implementation team within pension administration. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal teams to implement and support solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review analysis documents and configure the system to fix system defects or complete client requests.
  • Complete unit testing to ensure accurate results and determine if the configuration performs accurately.
  • Document defects and analyze issues to debug the system.
  • Resolve issues with test cases or configuration and re-test.
  • Coordinate and manage system maintenance activities.
  • Lead day-to-day work per priorities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, or equivalent work experience in an analytical area.
  • Pension work experience.
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word).
  • Troubleshoot basic system defects and errors.
  • Ability to interpret and understand requirements documentation.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Understand basic relational database concepts.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Bilingualism (English and French), highly desired.
