Job Summary
A Human Resources Administrator is needed to provide support to the company. This role involves assisting with recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining employee files. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field, strong computer skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities
* Assist with recruitment activities including screening resumes, calling candidates, and scheduling interviews.
* Facilitate new employee orientations and onboarding.
* Maintain employee files and data.
* Create job descriptions and place job postings online.

Requirements
* Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
* Strong computer background, including MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
