Job Description:

The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide troubleshooting and resolution services to users experiencing difficulties with business systems, networks, and the Internet.
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or software.
  • Maintain a problems and solutions log for reference by other technical support analysts.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of computer systems and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Benefits:

  • Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (estimated based on location and industry standards).
