Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at COBS Bread Bakery. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training new employees, and managing cash and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 11-15 staff members
  • Hire and train new employees
  • Manage cash and payroll administration
  • Order merchandise and oversee inventory
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook and other computer software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment

Our bakery is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
