About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team at Scotiabank, leading global privileged Access management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct current and desired state analysis of information security controls, particularly relating to privileged Access Management on Operating systems, Databases, Network devices, and Applications.
  • Analyze data and reports of access management and provide summary reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing privileged access on various flavors of Operating Systems, including RedHat Linux, Windows, and various Database, Network devices, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide both structured and creative thinking in a dynamic, multi-team-based environment.
Requirements
  • Advanced communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills in English and Spanish, with Spanish being a strong asset.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on technical working experience in information technology or information security fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in the administration of Privileged Access Management tools like CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, and/or Secret Server.
  • Technical logical understanding of various *Nix (Linx/AIX/Solaris, etc.) platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in access management on common Database platforms, with knowledge of basic SQL queries, running PowerShell and bash scripts.
  • Privileged access knowledge of GCP, GCVE, and providing critical guidance with various business stakeholders in protecting the Enterprise in the Cloud.
  • Good time management and organizational skills to effectively manage high-scale projects.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required.
  • Recommended certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CISM.
