What is the Opportunity?

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Security Analyst to join our Identity & Access Management team within the Global Cyber Security division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to ensure the secure and efficient management of user access to various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and internal stakeholders on Identity & Access Management (IAM) policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to IAM.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on IAM processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis of IAM queues to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in meetings with support partners to discuss process changes and updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and/or Service Desk support role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and certifications in information security preferred.
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of IAM controls and policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with automation and/or PowerShell scripting.
