Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 11-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budgets, manage inventory, and negotiate contracts for advertising and marketing strategies.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language: Fluent in English
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
