We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Home Improvement Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the home improvement industry and develop their skills in lead generation.

Responsibilities
As a Home Improvement Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners, understanding their needs, and presenting our services as solutions. Your primary objective will be to generate leads and convert them into customers. You will work closely with our team leaders to set routes, manage your time effectively, and report back on your progress.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to think creatively, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. While prior sales experience is not necessary, it is considered an asset. You must also have a smartphone to access our company applications.
