At Cevians LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Executive Program Director to lead our projects and drive business growth. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple programs from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and direct resources effectively. Your expertise in program management, including schedule management, cost/benefit analysis, and risk identification, is crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Track and manage action items to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to project success.
  • Develop comprehensive program management plans to guide project execution.
  • Ensure that all programs are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Oversight of product specifications to guarantee alignment with customer requirements.
  • Support supplier selection and critical component management to optimize costs and efficiency.
  • Coordinate contracts and customer meetings to facilitate smooth project progression.
  • Establish resource plans and coordinate project activities to maximize productivity.
  • Implement engineering changes and collaborate with company and supplier management to resolve issues.
  • Perform risk analysis and manage inside sales staff to drive revenue growth.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in managing multi-phase programs.
  • Possession of MBA and/or PMP qualification is preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & MS Project is desirable.
  • Detailed understanding of program/project management processes and principles.
  • Planning and organizing skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork and positive attitude to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Results-oriented and detail-focused to drive business outcomes.
  • Proven leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.

Benefits:
