Front Desk Coordinator

We are a dynamic team seeking an organized and efficient Front Desk Coordinator to join our front-line staff. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and provide top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the relevant areas of the salon, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and relay messages to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communication: Provide clear and concise information to clients, either verbally or via phone, ensuring all queries are resolved promptly.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with scheduling software and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
