Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food in a fast-paced environment.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

Requirements
  • Education
