About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at T Sports Ltd. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unpacking and Merchandising: Unpack goods received and ensure they are properly stored and displayed on the sales floor.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and well-organized, with products displayed in an attractive and easy-to-browse manner.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience: Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment with a large workload. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads. You must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
