Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales growth.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and promotions to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, store displays, and other store-related projects to maintain a high level of store appearance.
  • Operate cash registers, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate records.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
