About the Role

Auberge du Pommier is seeking a skilled Event Server to join our team. As an Event Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth execution of events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and setup of event spaces, ensuring a seamless and polished experience for our guests.
  • Deliver food and beverage to tables with precision and attention to detail, exceeding our guests' expectations.
  • Clear plates, cutlery, and glassware from tables, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation, adhering to our high standards.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the successful execution of events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of serving experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Smart Serve Certification is a requirement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Availability to work evenings, nights, and weekends, as required.
