Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost and maintain profits.
- Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily tasks, and ensure that all staff are working efficiently.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure that they are meeting the high standards of our restaurant.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Work Setting: Rural area.
- Security and Safety: Reference required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
