Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Foam Lake Service Station. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and Control Daily Operations: Supervise and direct the daily activities of our store, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly evaluate the performance of our store, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our store's operations.
- Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage our store staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Study Market Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with market research and trends, using this information to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
- Determine Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services that we will offer, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement price and credits policies, ensuring that they are fair and competitive.
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our store and attract new customers.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that our store is financially stable.
- Determine Staffing Requirements: Determine the staffing requirements of our store, ensuring that we have the right number of staff to meet customer demand.
- Resolve Issues: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Recruit, Hire and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire and supervise staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to staff as needed.
