We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at 9393-2606 Québec Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations and management, with experience in supervising a team of 5-10 people.

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures, as well as negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. They will also be responsible for enforcing provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

The Restaurant Assistant Manager will also be responsible for managing events, planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating daily operations. They will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and will be required to stand for extended periods.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to multitask. They will also have experience with MS Office and be able to work in a team environment.

We offer a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
