Direct Support Professional – Residential

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional – Residential to join our team at enVision Community Living. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities to live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support and care to individuals in a residential setting
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and personal hygiene
- Encourage independence and self-advocacy through skill-building and goal-setting
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and community partners
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications- No experience required
- Experience in the Disability Sector considered an asset
- Core Competencies: Advocacy, building relationships, championing change and innovation, facilitating growth and development, inclusive leadership, problem-solving and decision-making, resilience, resource management, strategic thinking, valuing EDI
- Valid Manitoba Class 5F License and access to vehicle required
- Clear Adult & Child Abuse Registry and satisfactory Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector
