Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Determine the size of food portions and costs, and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Culinary Operations: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and lead by example to maintain high-quality standards.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment, and ensure that all necessary ingredients and materials are available.
- Certifications: Possess a Safe Food Handling certificate and any other relevant certifications.
- Experience: Have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
