Account Manager, Sales

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at Maxim Truck and Trailer. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies

Qualifications:

Please Note: A variety of experience and skills will be considered when selecting candidates

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in commissioned or outside business-to-business sales
  • Knowledge of the heavy-duty truck and trailer industry, including products and applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, email, and internet
