Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of our logistics department, ensuring efficient and seamless movement of goods.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, environmental, and security protocols.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and minimize waste and losses.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Analyze operational data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in logistics management.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in logistics management, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
