As a Logistics Coordinator at Lineage Logistics, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and transportation teams. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating driver assignments, checking in and out drivers, and verifying and counting products to confirm data accuracy in our system.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for delivery drivers
  • Receiving, counting, and logging cash received by carriers
  • Coordinating with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure shipping and receiving documents are completed accurately and timely
  • Verifying and counting products to confirm data accuracy in our system
  • Notifying carriers and key team members of pending, no shows, and unscheduled arrivals
  • Engaging with drivers and rescheduling appointments as needed
  • Entering data into our warehouse management system (WMS) scheduler

Additional duties and responsibilities include:

  • Working in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit or up to 100 Fahrenheit, depending on the facility
  • Lifting a minimum of 20 lbs. or more, depending on the facility
  • Working a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends as needed
