About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our retail team at Brand Momentum. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, assess customer needs, and provide assistance and information on product features.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Welcome customers to the store, answer their questions, and actively seek out customers in store to drive sales. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
  • Inventory and Cash Handling: Comply with inventory control procedures, handle returns of merchandise, and support with cash handling and inventory duties including restocking of products.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Act as a team member to achieve sales targets and goals, and build trusted relationships with customers.
  • Opening and Closing Procedures: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including preparing Daily Bank Deposits.

Qualifications:

  • Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative, or similar role.
  • Customer Service Skills: Basic understanding of customer service practices and sales principles, track record of achieving sales targets, and hands-on experience with POS transactions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Solid communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus, and ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
  • Availability and Education: Availability to work flexible shifts and a high school diploma.
