Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Real Fruit Bubble Tea INC.
Job Summary:The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop and restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage quality meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a noisy and wet/damp environment, with a fast-paced work setting in a coffee shop and restaurant.
