Restaurant Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Service Manager to join our team at Cineplex. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and driving sales growth in our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service Excellence
- Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional guest service and exceed customer expectations.
- Train and coach staff to provide outstanding service and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Restaurant Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of our restaurants, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Sales Growth and Profitability
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to staff to ensure their growth and success.
- 1-3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Exposure to hot kitchen equipment and potentially hazardous environments.
