Restaurant Manager

Carisma Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Responsibilities:- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Establish work schedules and manage staff performance
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Standing for extended periods
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide exceptional customer service. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
