Job Title: Operations Specialist

At Insulet Corporation, we're committed to empowering our customers to live healthier, more independent lives through our innovative Omnipod product platform. We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our expanding team in Canada.

Job Summary:

This role reports to the Head of Operations and is responsible for providing critical support to the Insulet Canada Commercial Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, managerial, and coordination skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide practical solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the certification process for clinical and independent Omnipod trainers, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely completion.
  • Oversee manual reimbursement training requests, including review, consolidation, and processing, as well as responding to partner inquiries.
  • Manage the online training and reimbursement portal, providing user support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Coordinate the travel loaner program, ensuring adequate paperwork is obtained and devices are fulfilled and returned.
  • Maintain accurate data within the Salesforce system, collaborating with Accounts Payable and Purchasing teams.
  • Process purchase requisitions and vendor payments, as well as enter and fulfill customer and employee product orders.
  • Be flexible and adapt to changing priorities to support the Commercial Team.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual French-English speaking
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Three years' experience in a field/office management role

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, managerial, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, seek input, and create innovative solutions to support the Commercial Team
  • Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, SAP, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel

Physical Requirements:

This role may require up to 10% travel to facilitate key meetings and events.
