Job Description:

The Industrial Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment, managing workflow, and overseeing various projects. This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate industrial operations, including production planning and control.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to staff members as needed.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in industrial operations or a related field.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office software.
Benefits:
  • $60,000 - $70,000 per year salary range (depending on experience).
