Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
  • Direct and control daily operations, including planning and organizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as opening and distributing mail, maintaining inventory, and overseeing payroll administration.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, answer electronic enquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Analyze data and statistics to inform business decisions and improve processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Will train - we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
