We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious real estate sales buyer's agent to join our team at Remax Solutions in Montreal.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, helping them find their dream home and facilitating smooth property transactions.
  • Pursue new business opportunities, networking with potential clients and introducing them to the local real estate market through organized open houses.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends, utilizing this expertise to negotiate property sales between buyers and sellers.
  • Prepare and execute representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a seamless transaction experience.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist buyers in finding their ideal properties, matching their needs and budget requirements.
  2. Cultivate relationships with clients, providing them with personalized support throughout the buying and selling process.
  3. Ensure timely communication with prospects, leveraging email, phone, and other channels to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English and French) proficiency is essential for effective communication with diverse clients.
  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trust with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry.
Compensation Package

The salary range for this position is estimated at $75,000 - $250,000 plus commission, depending on performance and individual contributions.
