We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Tim Hortons 1184 location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Hiring and Training: Hire food service staff and train them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
