Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise food service counter attendants and food preparers.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
