Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 888 Fast Food Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet the demands of our busy food service environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Maintain quality control standards by ensuring that all food and service meet our high standards.
- Address customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Supervise the assembly of trays and ensure that all food is presented to a high standard.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
