Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Suba Beauty Canada Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years or more of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organized and team player
- Leadership skills
This is a permanent position with a hybrid work arrangement. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
