  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of activity.
  • Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods, with regular breaks.
