Restaurant Manager Job Description
At PIZZA HUT, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team of 5-10 people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Provide customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- $100,001 - $500,000 budgetary responsibility.
Additional Information:
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
