Restaurant Operations Manager

At PIZZA HUT, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to lead a team of 5-10 people to achieve excellent customer service and sales results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. They will also be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations, as well as providing customer service and addressing customer complaints or concerns.
The Restaurant Operations Manager will work closely with the team to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees, providing diversity and cross-cultural trainings. They will also be responsible for providing awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth and providing cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of budgetary responsibility, with the ability to manage a budget of $100,001 - $500,000. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
