Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at PIZZA HUT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure their success.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and maintain accurate financial records to ensure the restaurant's financial health.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in financial management.
- Competitive Salary: $100,001 - $500,000 per year.
