We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant Assistant to join our team at Ontario Inc. This is a permanent position that requires strong bookkeeping skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Maintain financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college diploma or non-university certificate in a related field
  • No prior experience required as we provide on-the-job training
Work Environment:

This is a 35 hour per week position with regular working hours. The work language is English.

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
