Job Title: Food Store Manager

Cotti Coffee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Store Manager to join our team. As a Food Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coffee shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations, including managing staff and assigning duties
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and staffing requirements
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
  • Conduct performance reviews and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
