Job Title: Food Store Manager

LUCULLUS PASTRIES INC. is seeking a highly skilled Food Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our bakery store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the selection of products and services to be sold, ensuring they meet customer demands and company standards.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a retail or bakery environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Point of sale system, word processing software, database software, and electronic mail.
  • Food Specialties: Bakery goods and desserts.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
