About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director, Investment and Community Engagement. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading organization in the non-profit sector, driving strategic partnerships and community development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including donors, community groups, and other organizations.
  • Lead community development initiatives, including research, planning, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to drive organizational growth and development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, community leaders, and other partners.
  • Develop and manage budgets, reports, and other administrative tasks related to the role.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, community leaders, and other partners.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Assets
  • Second language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Community Suite by Foundant and familiarity with Google programs.
  • Financial literacy and understanding of foundation business model and granting.
