Chief Scientist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Scientist to lead our research efforts in AI and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the research strategy and technical roadmap for AI and machine learning.
  • Conduct research and analysis on the latest developments and best practices in AI and machine learning.
  • Identify new and upcoming research areas and bring insights to the company.
  • Effectively manage and allocate research budget and resources.
  • Publish research papers, present at conferences, and contribute as a thought leader in the field.
Requirements:
  • PhD degree in computer science or related field with a focus on decision making and reasoning.
  • Deep understanding of fundamentals and state-of-the-art techniques in foundation models for decision making and reasoning.
  • Track record of translating ideas into research prototypes quickly.
  • Working experience at industry research labs or technology companies is an asset.
  • Experience in building large-scale machine learning solutions for decision making, planning, reasoning, robotics, or multi-agent systems is an asset.
