Security Supervisor for High-Risk Environments

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at One Step Security. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Summary:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the activities of security guards in high-risk environments, ensuring the safety and security of clients, staff, and property.
- Coordinate daily operations, provide training, and develop policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the security industry;
- Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record;
- Criminal record check required;
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., law enforcement, security management).
