Security Supervisor

At Gemstar Security Service Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential security risks
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols
Requirements:
- Provincial/Territorial Security Officer Certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations
Working Conditions:
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Work under pressure
Language: English
Work Schedule: 35 hours per week
