Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our equipment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for training workers, preparing reports, and resolving problems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs efficiently.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on team performance, equipment operation, and other relevant metrics.
  • Equipment Operation: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and operated to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Material Requisition: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support team operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and teams to coordinate activities and achieve shared goals.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sale to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products and services.

This is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

Work Details

This is a permanent position that involves supervising 3-4 people, working 35 hours per week, and speaking English as the primary language of communication.
