High Cliff Partners Inc. is seeking a Bi-Lingual SAP SD Senior Manager to lead their organization's SAP SD module implementation and management. This role will be a hybrid work setting with a mix of on-site and remote days.

  • The Senior SAP SD Manager will oversee the complete management of projects related to the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module and related technologies VIM OpenText and Vistex.
  • They will work closely with functional and technical teams to understand user needs and determine which features to implement or improve.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure the configuration, parameterization, and customization of the SD module to meet the company's specific requirements.
  • They will train end users on the use of SAP SD and provide support in case of questions or issues.
  • Additionally, they will participate in the design and implementation of SAP SD solutions to optimize sales, distribution, and inventory management processes.
  • The Senior SAP SD Manager will manage a team of business analysts and users to understand their needs and different business imperatives.
  • They will analyze change requests, assess impacts, and technological issues and produce functional requirements.
  • They will participate in the prioritization of requests with the functional team and business units.
  • The Senior SAP SD Manager will make necessary adjustments in the SAP configuration and supervise necessary developments as needed.
  • They will maintain up-to-date documentation relating to the configuration and development of SAP and other related systems.
  • They will ensure the integrity of information by establishing different documentation, testing, and production implementation strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will communicate effectively in a team environment with business units and IT sectors.
  • They will support and train super users to maximize the use and configuration of the SAP system and other business solutions.
  • They will have a good understanding of the integrations between SAP ecosystem and different order taking platforms.
  • They will work effectively with ABAP teams and external resources from our support provider.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in implementing, supporting, maintaining, and improving ERP-type software packages in manufacturing organizations and distribution centers is required.
  • Good knowledge of SAP, ideally S4 in the RISE environment, is necessary.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience with the SAP SD module is required.
  • Experience with S4 version in RISE environment is an asset.
  • Knowledge and experience of project management methodologies and problem-solving are necessary.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders is required.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SD technology, including configuration, customization, and best practices, is necessary.
  • In-depth understanding of business processes related to sales, distribution, and logistics is required.
  • The ideal candidate must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
