We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Knowledge Box Education Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office procedures, and providing exceptional support to our staff.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week. We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to management and staff, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate and oversee various office administrative procedures, including inventory management, budget control, and records maintenance.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
