About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Canyon Creek Golf Course and Camping. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality baked goods are produced and presented to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recipe Execution: Prepare and bake a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes, according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and manage inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Production Scheduling: Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet demand and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet established standards and make adjustments as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless execution of menu items and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years or equivalent experience
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
