Vous souhaitez relever un nouveau défi et élargir vos connaissances dans le domaine des finances aériennes? Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne talentueuse pour occuper le poste d'analyste - Services financiers dans notre équipe des Transporteurs régionaux.

Responsabilités
  • Réaliser l'ensemble des activités de communication mensuelles, notamment la préparation des écritures de journal, l'exécution de modèles de clôture, la validation de factures au moyen d'analyses internes et la préparation de rapprochements des bilans, en fonction d'une liste de contrôle des tâches de fin de mois.
  • Surveiller, valider et traiter les charges et les produits d'exploitation relatifs au contrat d'achat de capacité (CAC).
  • Appuyer l'équipe des Relations avec les investisseurs dans les processus d'analyse mensuels, trimestriels et annuels des écarts entre les données du contrat d'achat de capacité et celles tirées du budget, des prévisions et des résultats des années antérieures.
  • Générer des rapports mensuels sur les profits et les pertes à l'aide des outils de production de rapports d'Air Canada, fournir des analyses des écarts et participer activement au processus d'examen des rapports, conformément aux politiques et exigences en matière de finances et de comptabilité de la Société et de la direction.
  • Jouer un rôle actif dans la planification, la préparation et l'analyse des prévisions périodiques, du budget annuel et du plan à long terme.
  • Participer activement au processus d'établissement de la tarification du contrat d'achat de capacité pour la zone désignée.
  • Aider le chef de service - Services financiers et les autres membres de l'équipe en offrant un soutien financier au personnel de la direction concernant l'interprétation et l'application du contrat d'achat de capacité ainsi que des politiques, des procédures et des systèmes financiers et comptables.
  • Prendre part aux audits financiers et aux projets d'évaluation ponctuels, au besoin.
  • Établir des relations de travail positives et efficaces avec les équipes internes, de même qu'avec nos partenaires externes.
Qualifications
  • Diplôme de premier cycle en administration des affaires, en finances ou en comptabilité. Titre de comptable ou maîtrise en administration des affaires, un atout.
  • Une à deux années d'expérience pertinente relative aux processus financiers et aux techniques d'analyse financière.
  • Leadership et esprit d'initiative, créativité et aptitudes financières et techniques avérées.
  • Attitude axée sur les résultats et attention aux détails.
  • Solide esprit d'équipe, sens de l'initiative et éthique de travail démontrés.
  • Connaissance de l'exploitation d'une société ou d'un transporteur aérien, ou expérience dans ce domaine, un atout.
  • Excellentes habiletés pour les relations interpersonnelles et l'organisation, et capacité éprouvée à travailler en collaboration avec ses pairs.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
  • Bonnes compétences en organisation et capacité à travailler sous pression.
  • Fortes motivations, grande énergie et désir d'apprendre.
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel, de Word et de PowerPoint, et expérience de travail avec des applications et des logiciels financiers.
